Yes — LabODiamonds.com is a unit of Belgium Diamonds BV, a registered diamond company in Antwerp specializing in natural diamonds.
LabODiamonds is their innovative division focused on certified lab-grown diamonds.

3. Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Every diamond is certified by trusted labs such as IGI or GIA, and comes with laser inscription and full grading details.

4. Do you offer custom engagement rings and jewelry?

Yes. We create custom-made engagement rings, pendants, bracelets, and more.
A 35% non-refundable deposit applies for all custom design orders.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All shipments are:

  • Fully insured

  • Trackable

  • Securely packaged

  • Delivered through reliable express couriers

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on order value and destination:

  • Priority Shipping (orders above €2,500): 1–5 working days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–20 business days

3. Will I pay VAT or customs duties?
  • EU customers: 21% VAT

  • Non-EU customers: No Belgian VAT

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible products.

  • Standard jewelry: eligible

  • Custom-made jewelry: not eligible

  • Sealed diamonds: eligible

  • Unsealed diamonds: non-returnable

Returns have a 20% deduction (minimum €180 excl. VAT) to cover admin and handling.

5. Can I return loose diamonds?

Yes—as long as the diamond is sealed, laser-inscribed, and untouched.
If the seal is broken, the return cannot be processed.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend insured and trackable courier services.

1. Are lab-grown diamonds durable?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same durability as natural diamonds — 10/10 on the Mohs scale.

2. Are lab-grown diamonds environmentally friendly?

Yes. They avoid mining, reduce land and water impact, and offer an ethical, sustainable diamond alternative.

3. How should I care for my diamond jewelry?

To maintain brilliance:

  • Clean with mild soap and soft brush

  • Avoid harsh chemicals

  • Store pieces separately

  • Get professional cleaning once a year

4. Do you offer resizing?

Yes — we offer a one-time free resizing (customer pays shipping both ways).

5. What certifications do your diamonds come with?

IGI or GIA certification with full details on:

  • Carat

  • Cut

  • Color

  • Clarity

  • Polish & symmetry

  • Laser inscription

6. Can I upgrade my diamond later?

Yes. We offer upgrade options for customers wishing to purchase a larger or higher-quality diamond in the future.
