These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the https://labodiamonds.com website, and constitute an agreement between you and labodiamonds.com.

Labodiamonds.com reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of this site at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions online.

Your continued use of this site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes and/or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies to be aware of the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed and handled by the parent company Belgium Diamonds Ltd.

The following payment methods are available:

All major credit cards are accepted.

Bank Cards:
All major bank cards are accepted.

Paypal:
Transactions are limited to 2000 euro.

Bank wire payments are accepted on all orders. (No processing charge).

VAT

21% VAT will be added to European Union customers (shipping and billing addresses are within an EU country). Customers outside of the European Union (shipping and billing addresses are not within EU countries) are free of this charge and will not be charged VAT.

SHIPPING

Fully insured, regular shipping by post, within the EU is free on all orders.

For orders over 2500 euro in value (ex VAT), the order will be delivered by Free Priority Shipment within 1–5 working days by express door-to-door insured courier, following the production of the jewel.

For all orders under 2500 euro (ex VAT), your order will be delivered within 3–20 business days and is free of charge.

Shipment on purchases under 2500 euro to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for 50.00 Euros (ex VAT) and will be delivered in 3–5 business days.

Shipment on purchases to Bulgaria, Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia will have a flat rate of 50.00 Euros (ex VAT) and will be delivered in 3–5 business days.

For shipping outside the EU region, a supplementary charge will be added. This charge will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.

INSURANCE

Our shipments are fully insured.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

At labodiamonds.com, we take pride in crafting high-quality and made-to-order jewelry. We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we offer a 14-day return and cancellation window.

To request a return or cancellation:
Email us with your order ID and a brief description of the item and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • All our standard jewelry is covered by this clause. Custom-made and personalized jewelry are not included in this clause. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, such items are not eligible for full refunds.

  • To cover the administrative costs, a deduction of 20% (minimum €180 excl. VAT) will be applied to your refund.

  • For custom-made and personalized jewelry, an estimate of the material and stones shall be calculated upon reception of the item, and an offer shall be sent to the client. If accepted, the funds will be wired back within 90 days. If declined, the item will be sent back free of charge.

  • The shipping to return the item to Belgium Diamonds Ltd is at the cost and responsibility of the client.

LOOSE DIAMONDS

We offer a 14-day cancellation and return policy on eligible loose diamonds.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation:
Email us within 14 days of your purchase with your order ID and the reason for the return.

Fees & Deductions:

  • A deduction of 20% (minimum €180 excl. VAT) will be applied to your refund.

  • For custom-made items, the 35% nonrefundable deposit will be retained.

  • Any market fluctuations on the diamond(s) will also be deducted.

Important: Diamonds must be returned sealed, laser-inscribed, and in original condition. If seal is broken or damage detected, refund will not be issued.

Refund Processing Time:
May take up to 90 days after inspection.

SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM DESIGNS

For custom-designed jewelry, a 35% deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

PURCHASE APPROVAL

All purchases are subject to final approval of labodiamonds.com.

If items are unavailable, you will be offered a replacement or full refund.

If displayed price/features are erroneous due to technical issues, we may refuse the transaction and issue a full refund.

POST DELIVERY WARRANTY

We offer a 14-day inspection window for manufacturing defects.

If confirmed, we will repair or replace the item.

We also offer one-time free resizing and professional cleaning (customer pays shipping both ways).

Please note:
We do not accept responsibility for diamonds or gemstones that fall out after delivery. You are strongly advised to insure your jewelry immediately.

An invoice and valuation certificate are included for insurance purposes.
